HOW LONG DO YOUR CANDLES LAST?

Properly cared for, your Little Light Company candle has a burn time of 40+ hours.

MY CANDLE IS SMOKING/THE FLAME IS LARGER THAN USUAL

A smoking flame, or a larger flame than usual can mean that you need to trim your candle wick. We recommend keeping our candles trimmed to approx. 3mm in height to prevent this. You can do this easily with a pair of kitchen scissors.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept all forms of debit and credit card, including American Express.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

We hope you love your purchase from The Little Light Company, but if you do need to return your item, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to do so, and the item must be in the same condition in which you received it.

MY CANDLE HAS SOME SURFACE DIPPING AND/OR CRYSTALLISATION. IS THIS NORMAL? 

We always recommend Signed For delivery for your items, as then you can rest assured that your Little Light Company purchases will arrive safely. However, we do also offer a standard delivery option of Royal Mail 1st Class delivery*.

The wax that we use is 100% natural, and so some surface irregularities may occur during your candle's use. This will in no way affect the performance of your candle, and means only that we have used no chemicals or preservatives in the melting process.

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN STANDARD DELIVERY AND SIGNED FOR?
